Our Story

Clemency is a confectionery and coffee house devoted to beauty, hospitality, and the simple comfort of handmade sweets.

It began with two friends who met working at a coffee shop and dreamed of a place of their own, somewhere they could make everything by hand, to the standard they always wished for. Good coffee, proper tea, and small, classic cookies made with real ingredients and a little care.

That love of the craft was passed down through The Darling House, and it lives in every batch we bake.

    Our secret-recipe classic. A small, soft cookie made with cinnamon butter and plenty of chocolate.

    Buttery white chocolate and toasted macadamia nuts in a simple, perfectly balanced little cookie.

    Delicate and nutty, made with real pistachios. Classic, refined, and quietly delicious.

Tea & Gatherings

We love bringing Clemency to gatherings. Whether it is a garden party, a wedding, or a quiet afternoon with friends, we can come to you with coffee, tea, and freshly baked sweets. Sometimes that means a little tent on the lawn, sometimes our trailer pulls right up to the celebration.

Tell us the occasion and the spirit of the day, and we will put together something lovely. The menu grows with the seasons, but you can always count on good coffee, proper tea, and a table of handmade treats.
